What a life she lived. I am so glad that my own sister recommended this book to me, and I in turn recommend it to anyone interested in this unique woman's journey. One person found this helpful. One has to admire the daring and energy of Isabella on her little "Indian" pony on her adventures, exploring the Rockies in the winter snows with wild animals and desperados on the prowl.
She has many interesting stories about her adventures, which are recorded in letters to her sister in England. Report abuse. What other items do customers buy after viewing this item?
